As you are planning your next visit with us here at Railey Vacations, we anticipate that you may have questions about our efforts to manage Coronavirus (COVID-19). We want you to feel confident, whenever you visit, that all our actions are focused on your health, well-being, and comfort. Here are just a few items we want you to be aware of:

Check In/Check Out:

Most of our guests will utilize remote check in, which means you will go directly to your rental home without a check in to our office. Please consult your check in information sent to you prior to your visit. If you come in to our office on 5 Vacation Way, be assured that commonly used areas and items such as desks, counters, and pens are being disinfected on a continual basis throughout the day. Additionally, hand sanitizer is present for your use in our reception area.

At Your Rental Home
Our housekeeping staff has cleaned the home prior to your visit with high-grade disinfectant and multi-purpose cleaner, utilizing disposable hand wipes instead of reusable cloths.

Throughout your stay
Our team is taking extra measures to communicate the importance to all staff who may be ill to stay home. Our staff at work is practicing good hygiene through hand washing and the use of disinfectant, and wiping down surfaces in our workspace.
